Five podiums- endless possibilities

At the center of the Taghleef booth will be five dedicated product podiums, each offering a different perspective on what Ti film products can deliver. Together the five podiums will show a comprehensive portfolio designed to help customers solve today’s challenges while preparing for what’s next.

Standout Appearance will showcase films designed to help products command attention on the shelf. From premium finishes and visual effects to films that enhance print and overall package aesthetics, these solutions demonstrate how film can play a central role in creating memorable packaging.

Circularity Solutions will focus on film technologies that support the transition toward more circular packaging, including solutions designed for recyclability, material efficiency, and evolving sustainability requirements.

Performance Unleashed will demonstrate how advanced film technology can help to achieve reliable processing, high-speed production, and the performance characteristics required by demanding applications.

Future Accelerated will look toward the next generation of packaging and labeling, highlighting advanced materials and technologies designed to respond to emerging market needs and create new possibilities for converters and brand owners.

Beyond Labels will demonstrate the versatility of Taghleef Industries’ portfolio beyond traditional labeling applications, highlighting solutions across packaging and other specialized end uses.

From pressure-sensitive, in-mold, shrink, cut-and-stack, and wrap-around labels to flexible packaging and other specialized applications, Ti offers a diverse range of PP-based film solutions, including films with recycled content and bio-based options. The company’s portfolio spans clear, white opaque, matte, metallized, and specialty films engineered to meet specific performance and aesthetic requirements.

A concrete example of collaboration to achieve a sustainable result

Taghleef Industries’ role in the Mondelēz chocolate wrapper, which now contains 75% chemically recycled material: Mondelēz International has worked alongside Amcor, LyondellBasell, and Taghleef Industries to implement 75% chemically recycled content into the flexible packaging for Marabou chocolate bars.

LyondellBasell’s CirculenRevive polymers are created by chemically recycling hard-to-recycle mixed plastic waste, including flexible packaging, into feedstocks for polymer production. These feedstocks are used to replace fossil-based feedstocks in existing production processes and attributed to end products via an ISCC PLUS-certified mass balance approach The resultant polymers are described as a drop-in, virgin-quality solution that helps brands incorporate recycled content into their packaging without compromising on performance or compliance with regulatory requirements.

The wrapper is the result of a collaborative approach: LyondellBasell is providing the polymers for Taghleef Industries to develop into a base film; Amcor then converts the material into flexible packaging for Mondelēz’s Marabou chocolate brand.

By using CirculenRevive polymers in its packaging, Mondelēz aims to align with recycled content mandates under the PPWR. A chemical recycling approach is also hoped to address the ongoing challenge of recycling flexible packaging waste into food-safe packaging.
