With printing at speeds of up to 81 pages per minute, the systems by Konica Minolta will help customers take first important steps towards long-term success in digital print production. All models can be configured with a wide range of options, workflows and finishing capabilities to deliver cost-effective, agile print within a streamlined operation designed for ease of use and maximum efficiency.

Available from June 2026, the new A4 color AccurioPress C5080/C5070 (81 ppm and 71 ppm) and AccurioPrint C5065 (65 ppm) systems are designed to make professional digital printing accessible for businesses of every size. Addressing industry challenges such as rising costs, skilled labor shortages, and increasing expectations around quality, sustainability, shorter runs and tight deadlines, these machines offer a simple setup, consistent output and highly efficient operation.

Intelligent media sensors, including the IM-104 and IM-105, enhance print quality and efficiency, and assist users in selecting the correct paper type, for seamless operation. Konica Minolta’s new IQ-601 intelligent quality optimizer delivers exceptional color control and consistency, full color profiling, sheet file detection and proofless inspection.

Print quality is assured by HDe toner, delivering stunning results on media up to 360 g/m². With ultra-sharp 3,600 x 2,400 dpi resolution and intelligent Colour Control checking 13 colours on the fly, consistency is high even during the fastest, longest print runs. The machine is ideal for prototypes, mock-ups, customized packaging, folding cartons, sleeves, postcards, lightweight display stands, and short- to medium-run production.

Enhanced engine modifications maintain superior output and align performance with the latest industry standards. Intuitive job submission, easy file handling, automated presets, and streamlined maintenance all contribute to a better user experience. Integrated color management, on-press calibration and end-to-end workflow reduce setup, offer a unique value proposition.

In addition to booklet making, a comprehensive range of finishing technologies further supports efficient, high-quality production. These include Konica Minolta’s TU-510e, which was the world’s first inline trimming unit. This four-edge trimmer, creaser and perforator allows full bleed finishing support for banners, booklets, direct mail and dedicated business card cutting options. The new presses are offered with the option of three alternative controllers: AccurioImage IC-613, Fiery IC-421 and Fiery IC-321.

“Konica Minolta AccurioPress C5080 Series is characterized by high-resolution, color-accurate printing and finishing with fast turnaround, minimal waste, and reliable uptime”, said Ines Wennemann, Senior Product Manager Professional Printing at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe.

“The combination of intelligent media recognition sensors and the Intelligent Quality Optimizer brings advanced color control, greater color consistency, and automated inspection capabilities to the light production segment. The result is fewer test prints and less waste, enabling a more predictable and efficient production process. In Italy, where the number of skilled operators is declining and finding qualified personnel is becoming increasingly difficult, these levels of automation and operator support make it possible to maintain high quality standards and production continuity even with fewer operators”, commented Marco Rossi, Product Manager for Production Printing at Konica Minolta Italia.
