Sipack has secured an order from Scatolificio Cartotecnica Schiassi S.r.l., the historic Italian corrugated box manufacturer, for the supply of a third OneDrive flexo folder-gluer line.

The agreement represents a further milestone in the long-standing cooperation between the two companies and confirms Schiassi’s continued confidence in Sipack’s direct-drive technology and machine reliability.
The new line will feature a feeder, four printing units, slotter, die-cutter, bottom-up folder gluer and top-loading counter ejector, providing a fully integrated high-performance solution designed to ensure efficiency, precision and production continuity in demanding corrugated applications.
A distinctive feature of the OneDrive series is the dedicated motor installed on each group. This configuration combines the accuracy of direct-drive systems with reduced mechanical wear and significantly lower maintenance requirements, helping converters minimize downtime and optimize overall equipment effectiveness.
With this third line on order, Schiassi further strengthens its production capacity and technological positioning in the Italian corrugated packaging market, particularly in high-quality solutions for the food, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
“This third flexo folder gluer represents a major step forward in terms of innovation, efficiency and uncompromising quality. Sipack’s OneDrive technology allows us to guarantee consistent performance, maximum reliability and production continuity, while maintaining the flexibility required by today’s market. Renewing our trust in a long-standing partner means investing in stability and future growth”, comments Silvia Magnoni, CEO of Scatolificio Schiassi.
