Viscom 2026 is set to redefine the visual communication landscape in Italy with a brand-new format designed to deliver greater value to both exhibitors and visitors, while staying true to the identity that has shaped the sector for decades.
Announced during Viscom 2025 in Milan, the new concept responds to the requests of many exhibitors and marks the start of a new chapter for the trade show. The event will take place over two days, 27–28 October 2026, at Allianz MiCo – Milano Convention Centre, under the new Exhibition & Conference formula.
“Change means looking ahead, innovating, and creating new experiences,” commented the organizers. “With Viscom 2026, a new way of doing trade shows will take shape, building on a long tradition while embracing modern market needs.”
A streamlined, high-value experience for exhibitors
Viscom 2026 will provide exhibitors with fully pre-fitted premium spaces, modular solutions, and an all-inclusive format designed to reduce organizational burdens. Larger areas will accommodate companies showcasing large machinery and conducting live demonstrations, allowing them to focus on what matters most: engaging with visitors, presenting solutions, and highlighting their latest technological innovations.
Conferences, content, and community
The heart of the event will be a high-profile conference program, open and accessible to both major players and small-to-medium enterprises that form the backbone of the sector. The conferences will cover the main market segments, providing medium- and long-term insights, updates on the latest technologies, and contributions from international experts, speakers, and company representatives, helping build a collective and forward-looking vision for the industry.
A dedicated Arena will allow exhibitors to showcase products and projects in a practical, engaging format, offering additional visibility. The integration of a renewed exhibition experience with high-value content will position Viscom 2026 as a truly immersive industry event.
Looking forward
Viscom Italia has spent the last 36 years supporting the growth of the visual communication sector, and Viscom 2026 continues this mission by responding to evolving market demands with a simplified, efficient format — all while maintaining the historic identity that has made the show a reference point for the industry.
