From October 12 to 16, 2026, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre will host the 10th edition of All in Print China, bringing together more than 1,100 exhibitors from 15 countries across 120,000 square metres of exhibition space.

The countdown to All in Print China 2026 has begun. Under the theme β€œIntelligent Print, Infinite Creation”, the 10th edition of the international printing and packaging exhibition will bring together leading companies and professionals from across the global printing value chain.

The exhibition will cover 120,000 square metres across 10 halls and seven themed segments, presenting integrated solutions across the entire printing value chain, from digital printing and post-press processing to packaging printing and innovative materials.

Leading international and Chinese brands

The 2026 edition will feature a strong line-up of international industry leaders. Confirmed exhibitors include Canon, HP, Epson, Konica Minolta, Kodak, Durst, ESKO, Bobst, SCREEN, Mimaki, RISO, Xeikon and Manroland Goss, showcasing comprehensive solutions across a wide range of printing applications.

Alongside the international brands, leading Chinese companies including Masterwork, Founder, JMD, Weigang, LUSTER, Amsky, CRON, Lucky Huaguang, NST, Jinbao, Zenbo and Guangya will present their latest innovations in equipment, software, materials and automation.

Together, the exhibitors will offer visitors a broad overview of the technologies and solutions driving innovation across China’s printing industry and the wider global market.

More than 60 events and opportunities for networking

Technology and innovation will be complemented by an extensive programme of more than 60 events taking place throughout All in Print China 2026, offering visitors opportunities to gain new insights and connect with professionals from around the world.

Among the key appointments is the 2026 Printing Innovation and Development Forum, the flagship conference of All in Print China 2026, bringing together government officials, industry leaders and technology experts to discuss the future of the printing industry.

The China-Europe International Printing and Packaging Cooperation Forum will focus on the transformation of the global printing industry and on cooperation between the European and Chinese printing and packaging sectors, with particular attention to talent development and educational collaboration.

Indonesia Day will explore the strategic importance of Halal certification for companies targeting Indonesia and other Muslim-majority markets, while India Day will focus on developments and new opportunities within the Indian printing industry.

The Asian Print Awards, supported by internationally recognised companies including Konica Minolta and HEIDELBERG, will bring together industry experts, distinguished judges and outstanding printing companies from across Asia to celebrate excellence in the printing industry.

Meanwhile, the 7th Print Olympiad 2026, India’s flagship talent competition for printing and packaging students, will hold its national grand finale in Shanghai for the first time, from October 12 to 16, during All in Print China 2026. The initiative will provide opportunities for international exposure and cross-border collaboration for the next generation of printing professionals.
