How was the implementation phase?
The implementation phase was extremely simple in every step: from project definition, data collection, and tool adaptation, to implementation and commissioning. On the first day, at 6:00 a.m., we were already operating normally: entering orders, producing, shipping, and invoicing. Undoubtly, having a technical team with Dynapack’s professionalism was a key factor in the implementation’s success.
How are these first few days of use going?
Many of us at Ondulados Carme have already experienced other ERP implementations, and we know how traumatic it can be if you don’t have the right partner who understands your business and has the right tool. In this case, everything was very simple, and we were able to dedicate the entire first week of operation to fine-tuning small details, almost aesthetic, I would say, to improve the system’s fluidity and make users feel more comfortable in a new environment.

What are the phases of a new installation project?
The first phase is all about listening: fully understanding how the customer works and what information is crucial for the go-live. Then we analyze the gaps together, which are filled in real time by our development department, while the field staff takes care of the training. So, when the go-live arrives, it’s not a moment of tension, but the natural conclusion of an organized and shared effort. The factory never stops: within a few hours, the information from the old system becomes obsolete and the new ERP takes full control.
How do you ensure staff adapt to the new system immediately?
Dynapack is designed with those who use it every day in mind. The interface guides the user step by step, displaying only what is needed at that moment, without margin for error or distractions due to superfluous information. It’s a software that makes simplicity and usability its strength: when everything is intuitive, adaptation is immediate and the company can continue to work with the same efficiency as always.
New functionality for corrugators: automation and error reduction
Clearly, there are numerous technical strengths and features that have been a real advantage for a company like Ondulados Carme, for which the purchase and management of paper rolls is one of the most critical aspects of its business.

Dynapack has introduced intelligent roll input management based on barcodes provided by the manufacturer. The software can read the double barcode of each roll, automatically associating it with the supplier and paper type, and loading the physical warehouse without requiring the operator to enter the purchase document or prepare internal labels. This approach eliminates additional costs and the risk of errors associated with re-labeling, making the process faster and more reliable. This small but significant achievement, the result of the synergy between Dynapack and the customer, has enabled the automation of a crucial and delicate step.
To meet technological needs and capitalize on the opportunities offered by digitalization, Ondulados Carme chose Dynapack as its new ERP. In fact, in this short time since the go-live, we are already evaluating new extensions that we envisioned for the longer term and that we now want to implement quickly, such as the Power BI module, the CRM, and automatic order entry via AI”.
