Pentatech Srl is a leading Italian company specialising in the design and manufacture of peripheral machinery for the corrugated cardboard industry. Since its foundation in 2007, the company has experienced steady growth, expanding its product range and increasing its installations in foreign markets.

Its focus on innovation, after-sales service and attention to detail in customised layouts for individual customers has been the driving force behind its growth in recent years.
The range of machinery produced includes automatic and robotic feeding lines for flexographic machines, rotary and flatbed die-cutting machines, automatic and robotic palletisers, breaker lines, a complete range of machines for cleaning and stacking die-cut and printed sheets, and systems for handling and managing raw and finished products, including WIP warehouses, multi-storey storage and finished product collection lines.
The services offered range from the design and construction of complete layouts, systems, electrical panels and software, to technical assistance and consulting, to after-sales service and spare parts management.
Pentatech srl boasts experience with more than 1,000 motorised handling systems installed, with a team of qualified in-house professionals covering most of Europe, North Africa, Saudi Arabia and America.
The company participates in international trade fairs to keep up to date with market trends and is a member of the trade associations FEFCO, TAPPI, ACIS and GIFCO.
Focus on automation
In 2025, Pentatech’s focus was on innovation, particularly the integration of robotic systems into loading and palletising lines.
The new projects developed were a loader with an anthropomorphic arm and an automatic palletising line consisting of two robotic arms for flexographic lines for American boxes.
The addition of anthropomorphic arms to the lines has brought advantages in terms of energy savings, improved reliability, flexibility in terms of layout and less complexity during maintenance.
Another advantage of this technology is undoubtedly its versatility, as the same loader can feed both top-loading and bottom-loading machines by changing a single command.
The loader with an anthropomorphic arm has been designed to integrate mini and mid-line machines. The palletising island with an anthropomorphic arm, on the other hand, boasts different configurations depending on the type and format of the flexo machine for American boxes that it is to serve. As for the palletising of die-cut products, a new PLP palletiser has been developed over the last year.
This machine is designed exclusively for boxes die-cut using either rotary or flatbed die-cutting machines, and its main advantage is that it can palletise two stacks of products simultaneously. These are the main innovations developed during 2025, alongside constant updating and improvement of all the machines in the range.
