Among the main solutions used are also CDI systems for plate production, and a fully digitalized prepress workflow based on <strong>Packz and Cloudflow by Hybrid Software<\/strong>, which allow to manage the entire process, from file validation to colour profiling, through to workflow automation and the real-time sharing of information between the technical office, production and customers. Until then, my father had gained a great deal of experience in the world of supermarkets. It was precisely in that year that the first regulation concerning the fiscal obligation came into force, and he had the fortunate intuition to create a company for the retail sector, producing rolls for cash registers and thermal labels for scales. Since then, we have never stopped, and the spirit has always been to look for new paths and technologies to increase the portfolio of products to offer our customers\u201d,<\/em> tells us <strong>Alberto Quaglia, CEO of ARO Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since then, the constant search for new solutions and the expansion of the offering have accompanied every stage of the company\u2019s development. The acquisitions carried out over the years have enabled ARO Group to expand its know-how, diversify its target markets and integrate complementary expertise. This versatility allows the company to produce prototypes, small runs and large-scale productions with the same attention to quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>At the basis of the Group\u2019s growth is a strong focus on people. The entire workflow is now managed through a single portal, increasing transparency, operational speed and collaboration among all the parties involved.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThanks to Hybrid Software\u2019s tools, we have simplified the management of the workflow for exchanging and approving proofs with customers and internally. Everything runs on the portal, so prepress, sales, production and the customer see the files and the progress through the same system. <\/em><em>Furthermore, the editor offers some immediate functionalities that allow us to know what will happen on the machine by simulating profiles and misalignment; last but not least, automation is made simple by preset functions that simplify the work\u201d,<\/em> explains Alberto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A future imagined and made concrete<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-98734\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/ARO_HYBRID_software2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/ARO_HYBRID_software2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/ARO_HYBRID_software2.jpg 567w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/em><em>Our intention is to <strong>continue growing<\/strong> with a particular focus on giving the product we make the right meaning, both economically and ecologically. We have been working for some time on what the change in packaging will be in the coming years with the new regulations. The new European regulations on packaging and the <strong>growing attention<\/strong> to recyclability, the reuse of materials and the traceability of raw materials will be the main challenges of the coming years\u201d, says Alberto.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>At the same time, the path towards greater process automation continues, with the integration between management systems and prepress and with a growing interest in the potential of artificial intelligence as support for operators and for sharing the company\u2019s know-how.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cIf I had to summarize our identity in three words, I would choose group, innovation and sharing of expertise\u201d,<\/strong><\/em> Alberto continues.
