Effective 1st<\/sup> of November 2026, Dario Urbinati<\/a> will transition from his role as CEO of Gallus Group and join the Board of Directors of Gallus Ferd. R\u00fcesch AG, before assuming the role of President of the Board on 1 January 2027. Michael Bsirske, current Gallus Group Chief Financial Officer and key member of the Gallus leadership team, will serve as interim CEO of Gallus Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition, effective 1st<\/sup> of October 2026, Uwe Boerner will become Head of Global Sales, while retaining his existing responsibility for Key Accounts, succeeding Thomas Schweizer,<\/strong> who is pursuing a new opportunity outside the company.<\/p>\n

As part of the planned evolution of Gallus\u2019 leadership team,<\/em> Uwe Boerner will become Head of Global Sales, while retaining his existing responsibility for Key Accounts.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The leadership transition comes at a time of strong momentum for Gallus, driven by the successful expansion of its digital portfolio, including milestone innovations such as the Gallus One and Gallus Five, continued growth across its established product portfolio, and the ongoing success of the Gallus Experience Center. In addition, Gallus is continuing to expand its presence in growth regions such as India. Building on its System to Compose approach, Gallus continues to help converters create more flexible, profitable and future-ready production environments through connected printing technologies and its expanding digital ecosystem. The transition ensures continuity in the company\u2019s strategic direction, with a continued focus on customer partnership, technological leadership and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n
