Following a record-breaking year of repeated sales and new contractual agreements, SOMA Italy represents a significant step forward in the company\u2019s expansion plans.<\/strong> Leading SOMA Italy as CEO is Moreno Melegatti<\/strong>, whose five years of experience at SOMA\u2019s headquarters have equipped him with the leadership skills and expertise to steer this new venture.<\/p>\n

Integral to SOMA Italy\u2019s mission is delivering localized service and deep flexo expertise.<\/strong> To this end, Michele Fazzini has been appointed to head the SOMA Italy Service Team.<\/strong> With extensive experience across multiple flexo press vendors in service engineering and flexographic printing technology, Michele will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional support for Italian customers.<\/p>\n

But the establishment of SOMA Italy is only the beginning of SOMA\u2019s ambitions for 2025. The company is pleased to announce the development of SOMA Esperienza Center<\/strong>, a cutting-edge technology center dedicated to exploring sustainable flexographic printing solutions. Scheduled to open in July 2025<\/strong>, this innovative center will offer Italian customers a first-hand opportunity to test SOMA\u2019s latest advancements in water-based printing.<\/p>\n

Among the technologies showcased at SOMA Esperienza will be the Optima2<\/sup> flexo press with Intelligent Printing Unit (IPU)<\/strong>, a highly efficient solution developed by SOMA to revolutionize sustainable printing.
