{"id":89247,"date":"2024-12-10T14:00:39","date_gmt":"2024-12-10T13:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/?p=89247"},"modified":"2024-12-10T17:01:08","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T16:01:08","slug":"vetaphone-appoints-new-ceo-micheal-behrens-and-plans-its-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/en\/vetaphone-appoints-new-ceo-micheal-behrens-and-plans-its-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Vetaphone appoints new CEO Michael Behrens and plans its future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Vetaphone A\/S,<\/strong> the family-owned Danish company that invented surface treatment and continues to pioneer corona and plasma technology,<strong> has appointed Michael Behrens as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) <\/strong>as part of its strategy for future growth and success.\u00a0<strong> His appointment is effective from 1<sup>st<\/sup> December 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-89244\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Michael-Behrens.jpg\" alt=\"Vetaphone\" width=\"567\" height=\"411\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Michael-Behrens.jpg 567w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Michael-Behrens-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Michael-Behrens-324x235.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The announcement was made by Frank and Jan Eisby, sons of the company founder Verner, who established the business in 1951, and who under the Eisby Family Council have managed the company since 1993.\u00a0 <strong><em>\u201c<\/em><\/strong><em>We acknowledge that to fulfil our high expectations of the business going forward we needed additional expertise at a senior level as my brother and I undertake new tasks away from the day-to-day operations, and we see Michael Behrens as a perfect fit for that task,\u201d<\/em> commented <strong>Frank Eisby.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Michael Behrens joins Vetaphone with an <strong>outstanding CV<\/strong> and more than 20 years\u2019 experience in a variety of senior management positions, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Logitrans A\/S, the Danish manufacturer and global supplier of high-end lifting equipment.\u00a0 He graduated with an HH in Business from the University Southern Denmark (SDU) and holds a Diploma in Business Administration (HD-O) and an MBA.\u00a0 Away from work Michael is a scratch golfer and has represented the Denmark National Golf Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frank and Jan Eisby will remain on the Company Board of Directors<\/strong> \u2013 Frank will head-up a new Development Business Unit, while Jan will run the Vetaphone Academy Educational Unit.\u00a0 <em>\u201cWe are extremely proud of our family heritage and the contribution that Vetaphone has made to the global industry.\u00a0 The new management structure maintains the family succession and provides a firm base on which to take the company into the future and achieve even greater success,\u201d<\/em> explained\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/en\/jan-eisby-celebrates-25-years-at-vetaphone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jan.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vetaphone A\/S, the family-owned Danish company that invented surface treatment and continues to pioneer corona and plasma technology, has appointed Michael Behrens as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of its strategy for future growth and success.\u00a0 His appointment is effective from 1st December 2024.
