Grafikontrol<\/strong> will be attending at drupa (Hall 15 Stand C06)<\/strong> the renewed modular platform TQC-360\u00b0 (Total Quality Control at 360\u00b0)<\/strong> developed to offer printers a complete solution to guarantee quality. The systems that make up the TQC-360\u00b0 line can operate separately or together through a single operator interface if desired.<\/p>\n

The concept of defect-free production and workflow management is renewed with the range of products called \u201cPLUS\u201d, including last generation technologies as regard to cameras, hardware for data processing and sophisticated software to detect printing or surface defects on any substrate.<\/p>\n

360\u00b0 Solutions for packaging<\/strong><\/p>\n

Systems of quality control and register control for rotogravure, flexo and offset sectors for packaging and labels.<\/p>\n

  • \"Grafikontrol<\/strong>MATRIX PLUS<\/strong>: the web viewing system is an area camera that moves across the web taking high quality snapshots of the whole running web. The 9.6 Mpixel camera resolution with four high luminosity led source ensures realistic color reproduction. MATRIX PLUS can be loaded with multiple options such as statistical inspection, delta color monitoring with \u2206E, barcode verification, print repeat monitoring, UV coating visualization and transparent varnish inspection.<\/li>\n
  • MATRIX C\/S<\/strong>: system consisting of two opposed cameras that allows simultaneous display of the correct superimposition of the front print with glue or varnish applied on the opposite site (duplex register).<\/li>\n
  • PARVIX: <\/strong>equipped with a 1,3 Megapixel digital color camera that allows to display a 150x110mm field of view on a 24\u201d multi-touch monitor. The high-brightness optics equipped with 10X motorized zoom combined with the newest generation of high efficiency LED illumination allow snapshots of the running web providing the operator with clear and dot-sharp images of all printing process and substrate.<\/li>\n
  • LYNEX PLUS<\/strong>: 100% inspection system for the print or surface control used either as a stand-alone system or integrated with MATRIX PLUS. LYNEX PLUS can compare the live print with the original generated PDF file used to produce the plates or the gravure cylinders. This permits the operator to verify if the printout matches the original file. With the PLUS line, new-generation 8K cameras with fiber-optic communication have been introduced, ensuring higher performance.<\/li>\n
  • LYNEX-S PLUS<\/strong>: 100% print inspection system dedicated to narrow web and neutral film including all the LYNEX PLUS features.<\/li>\n
  • LYNEX C\/S:<\/strong> 100% inspection system specially designed to inspect cold-seal, varnish and coating.<\/li>\n
  • \"GrafiKontrol_2\"LYNEX EVOLUTION<\/strong>: 100% inspection system for digital machine of wide format. A high-performing system with 0,05mm\/pixel resolution to detect typical defects on digital process. The software developed for this system, together with the very powerful hardware, permits to analyse simultaneously the variable print and unique variable codes for each package up to 500m\/min speed.<\/li>\n
  • CHROMALAB<\/strong>: in-line real spectrophotometer, to monitor the color trend of all printed colors; the system provides real time measurement and trends of spectral curves, density, dot gain, L*a*b*, \u2206E.<\/li>\n
  • \"Grafikontrol<\/strong>PROGREX PLUS:<\/strong> a combination of the functions of MATRIX PLUS and LYNEX PLUS to form a complete tool, that helps the user with each print phase on rotogravure, flexo and offset presses.<\/li>\n
  • EASY-TRACKER<\/strong>: a unique system for a full defect traceability and removal from printed rolls.<\/li>\n
  • CR50:<\/strong> register control for rotogravure and flexo presses (with additional downstream units) that ensures register stability among colors for the entire production and reduces waste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
