For SCREEN, the new SAI-S installed at Impronta Digitale\u2019s premises is the <strong>100<sup>th<\/sup> sold<\/strong> since the introduction of the SAI series in 2020.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis new press opens doors to new markets, increases our production capacity, and guarantees that our clients receive labels of consistent quality quickly and efficiently,\u201d<\/em> says <strong>Linda Picello, co-owner of Impronta Digitale.<\/strong> <em>\u201cThe acquisition of SCREEN machines fits our strategy of staying innovative to continuously enhance our competitiveness in this challenging market,\u201d<\/em> she adds.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2013 by Linda and her brother Ludovico Picello, Impronta Digitale prides itself on investing in cutting-edge technology for label printing. The company, located close to Venice, services a wide range of Italian businesses, from wine producers to pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhat drove us to invest in digital presses is their ability to start production at any moment, and produce labels of consistent quality and brilliance on every print run, while remaining competitive in the market,\u201d<\/em> Linda explains. <em>\u201c<strong>Our SAI machines operate 10 hours a day, in two shifts, five days a week, with an average production length of 1,000 meters per job \u2013 handling print runs from 30 to 10,000 metres.<\/strong> Investing in SCREEN\u2019s technology was the right choice to allow us to grow and improve over time.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-85353\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SCREEN-SAI-press-at-Impronta-Digitale_Feb2024.jpg\" alt=\"SCREEN SAI press at Impronta Digitale\" width=\"425\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SCREEN-SAI-press-at-Impronta-Digitale_Feb2024.jpg 425w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SCREEN-SAI-press-at-Impronta-Digitale_Feb2024-300x162.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>SAI is Japanese for \u2018colourful\u2019 and the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI-S comes with five or seven colours, allowing it to print colourful labels on a wide variety of substrates, including transparent and metallic material. EQUIOS is configured to run seamlessly in the background, providing the machine with rapid and automated print data. In addition, the SCREEN TRUST system allows print operators to obtain all analytical information needed to effectively manage production times and resources.<\/p>\n<p>Impronta Digitale bought its first SCREEN printer in 2013 and has continued to trust the Japanese provider of inkjet digital print technology ever since, thanks to what it calls SCREEN\u2019s \u201csolid, reliable and high-quality\u201d products and service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REM Labels and Packaging Solutions<\/strong>, SCREEN\u2019s representative in Italy, supported Impronta Digitale with selecting and installing the SCREEN SAI machine.
