In this sense, the company has reached an important <strong>milestone in the field of<\/strong> <strong>vision systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vision System Technology<\/strong> is a special module that can be installed on all NEOS printing machines. What differentiates it from other systems on the market is the very <strong>high resolution<\/strong> combined with a <strong>wide print<\/strong> <strong>width<\/strong>: the combination of these two factors therefore generates an extremely versatile tool available to companies, which can be used from the first stage of setup to final printing process.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-81188\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos3-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"neos technology\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos3-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos3.jpeg 567w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Specifically, this hardware\/software solution makes it possible to identify certain aspects of the printed image, in order to reduce or eliminate the most common problems of inkjet printing during the process itself: loss of <strong>print register<\/strong>, lack of tone <strong>homogeneity<\/strong> and unexpected closure of the <strong>nozzles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Print register describes the correct overlap between the images printed by the various color bars; in case of problems, a test is performed which is recognized by Vision System Technology, which intervenes by calculating the longitudinal displacements of the various print heads and the appropriate changes to<strong> bring the system back to register<\/strong>, all during the printing phases with the possibility of <strong>correcting the defects automatically.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-81184\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos1-256x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos1-256x300.jpeg 256w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos1-358x420.jpeg 358w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/neos1.jpeg 362w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 256px) 100vw, 256px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To ensure homogeneity of the tone, or the correct equalization on the entire print width of each color bar, Vision System Technology calculates and executes the necessary corrections to ensure <strong>maximum uniformity <\/strong>of the latter.
