{"id":70786,"date":"2021-10-13T11:30:47","date_gmt":"2021-10-13T09:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/bimec-and-itp-a-strong-partnership-started-in-1981-continues-to-strengthen\/"},"modified":"2022-02-18T13:21:14","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T12:21:14","slug":"bimec-and-itp-a-strong-partnership-started-in-1981-continues-to-strengthen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/en\/bimec-and-itp-a-strong-partnership-started-in-1981-continues-to-strengthen\/","title":{"rendered":"BIMEC and ITP: a strong partnership started\u00a0in 1981 continues to strengthen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The company ITP &#8211; Industria Termoplastica Pavese Spa &#8211;\u00a0the italian manufacturer of polyolefin films located in Bosnasco (PV), has renewed its trust in Bimec by purchasing a new single face\u00a0<strong>Slitter Rewinder Model TF60<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-70784\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Bimec-ITP-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Bimec-ITP-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Bimec-ITP-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Bimec-ITP-265x198.jpg 265w, https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Bimec-ITP.jpg 484w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>The plant, started-up\u00a0in March 2021, joins another TF60 purchased in 2018 and other 7 slitters produced by Bimec and purchased by ITP over the last 30 years.<br \/>\nThanks to the innovative design which allows to contain spaces, the TF single face slitter rewinder represents the perfect fusion between the compactness of the STM50 model and the technical solutions of the TCA Duplex Turret Slitter Rewinder, guaranteeing\u00a0<strong>high performance<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and a\u00a0<strong>simple and intuitive use<\/strong>\u00a0by the operator.<\/p>\n<p>The system guarantees\u00a0<strong>quick loading and unloading of the finished rolls and<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is designed for:<br \/>\n&#8211; a\u00a0<strong>double slitting method<\/strong>, allowing to use both razor blades or circular pneumatic knives<br \/>\n&#8211; the\u00a0<strong>integration with a perforation device<\/strong>\u00a0on the back side of the machine<\/p>\n<p>The Slitter Rewinder TF60 unwinds mother rolls up to 900 mm, ensuring at least two raisings with this diameter, rewinds finished rolls up to 600 mm and it can reach a maximum speed of 800 m\/min.<br \/>\n\u201cThe partnership with Bimec is historic, thanks to them we have the possibility to produce high quality reels for the most demanding markets we serve. The last plant installed, in the printing department, is the twin of another plant already active in the extrusion department.\u00a0<strong>The automatic positioning of slitting\u00a0allows us to quickly adjust the various sizes and<\/strong>, together with the reel unloading system,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>we have the guarantee of maximum speed and efficiency<\/strong>.
