The basic model of the T 2 features top winding quality at working widths of up to 2,200 mm and a rewind diameter of up to 1,800 mm. The T 2 allows conversion speeds of up to 1,200 m\/min. All machines of this series work with a single-shaft center-driven winding concept equipped with an idle lay-on roller. They can be used as bi-directional inspection rewinders for repairing telescoped or damaged rolls as well as detecting defections. A fully automatic version is available with a variety of additional features, for example a handling and conveyor system for improved unloading and transport, which significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of the production process.
