Even before AR, our Helpline service could solve many issues online in less than two hours \u2013 we now believe that more issues can be solved and time can be reduced even further.\u201d<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-28902\" src=\"https:\/\/www.converter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Bobst-Helpline-Plus-Smart-Headset_79796.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"326\" height=\"217\" \/>Helpline Plus AR is Wi-Fi connected and it establishes a secure connection with the customer\u2019s machine via the internet. Customers get a BOBST expert on-demand, and with the help of the two-way video and audio live stream, an immediate solution to the issue can be provided.<br \/>\n\u201cHelpline Plus AR makes for a seamless experience between our customer and our experts, because the BOBST machine is directly connected to the service,\u201d said Julien Laran. \u201cAnd with the smart headset, both are looking at the same thing at the same time, limiting any risk of confusion.
